Covering more than XX,000 square meters, our workshops are divided into extrusion, co-extrusion, surface treatment, cutting, and quality inspection areas. With multiple high-capacity lines running simultaneously, we are able to handle large-volume orders with guaranteed lead times.

Using advanced extrusion technology, WPC boards are formed with consistent density and profile accuracy. For co-extruded products, a protective shield layer is applied to increase resistance against stains, scratches, and fading.

Boards undergo brushing, embossing, or sanding processes to create natural woodgrain textures and slip-resistant finishes that enhance both beauty and functionality.
