Raw Material Selection & Mixing

High-quality wood fibers and recycled polymers are carefully selected and blended with additives for enhanced strength, color stability, and UV resistance.

Extrusion & Co-Extrusion

Using advanced extrusion technology, WPC boards are formed with consistent density and profile accuracy. For co-extruded products, a protective shield layer is applied to increase resistance against stains, scratches, and fading.

Surface Treatment & Texturing

Boards undergo brushing, embossing, or sanding processes to create natural woodgrain textures and slip-resistant finishes that enhance both beauty and functionality.

Precision Cutting & Sizing

Automated cutting systems ensure boards are produced in accurate lengths and shapes to match international installation requirements.

Quality Inspection & Testing

Every batch is tested for mechanical strength, colorfastness, waterproofing, and fire resistance. Only certified products are packed and approved for delivery.
